چکیده
We present a follow-up study on the recent detection of two X-ray flaring events by MAXI/GSC observations in soft and hard X-rays from MAXI J0709-159 direction HD 54786 (LY CMa), 2022 January 25. The luminosity during flare was around 10^(37) erg/s (MAXI), which got reduced to 10^(32) (NuSTAR) after flare. took low-resolution spectra HCT VBT facilities India, February 1 2. In addition H-alpha emission, we found emission lines He I optical spectrum this star. By comparing our object with those literature that show variability. Using photometric estimate star is having effective temperature 20000 K. Although reported as supergiant previous studies, analysis favours it be evolving off main sequence Color-Magnitude Diagram. could not detect any infrared excess, ruling out possibility IR dusty circumstellar disc. Our suggests Be/X-ray binary system compact companion, possibly neutron

Identification of the optical counterparts of high-mass X-ray binaries through optical photometry and spectroscopy
We present the results of our search for optical counterparts to high-mass X-ray transient sources discovered by various X-ray missions. We obtained CCD images of the X-ray fields through BVR and Hα filters in order to identify early-type stars in the R − Hα versus B − V colour-colour diagram. We also obtained medium-resolution spectroscopy of the candidates in order to confirm the presence of ...
متن کاملThe Optical Counterpart of the X-ray Transient RX J0117.6−7330: Spectroscopy and Photometry
We conducted spectroscopic and photometric observations of the optical companion of the X-ray transient RX J0117.6−7330 in the Small Magellanic Cloud, during a quiescent state. The primary star is identified as a B0.5 IIIe with a mass M∗ = (18 ± 2)M⊙ and bolometric magnitudeMbol = −7.4±0.2. The main spectral features are strong Hα emission, Hβ and Hγ emission cores with absorption wings, and na...
متن کاملX-ray Timing, Spectroscopy and Photometry of the Anomalous X-ray Pulsar
We present new X-ray timing and spectral results on the 8.0-second X-ray pulsar CXOU J010043.1– 721134 from a series of observations using the Chandra X-ray Observatory. We find a spin period in 2004 January of 8.020392±0.000009 seconds. Comparison of this to 2001 Chandra observations implies a period derivative Ṗ = (1.88 ± 0.08) × 10 s s, leading to an inferred dipole surface magnetic field fo...
متن کاملA radio jet from the optical and x-ray bright stellar tidal disruption flare ASASSN-14li.
The tidal disruption of a star by a supermassive black hole leads to a short-lived thermal flare. Despite extensive searches, radio follow-up observations of known thermal stellar tidal disruption flares (TDFs) have not yet produced a conclusive detection. We present a detection of variable radio emission from a thermal TDF, which we interpret as originating from a newly launched jet. The multi...
